Refund policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds. As we are based in Australia, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges from our international customers.

Returns within Australia are in exchange for an electronic Gift Card to the value of your purchase, minus shipping costs. We cannot guarantee inventory on the website so please keep in mind your preferred size may not be available.  Please allow up to 7-10 days for the processing of returns and Gift Cards.

Returns must be in the same condition it was received and inside the original garment bag. We recommend you use tracking when shipping back to us. We do not cover the postage of returns. To start the returns process, please visit our returns portal here.
